These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your use of the DecorAI AI interior design app on iOS, Android and the web, and this website. By using DecorAI, you agree to these Terms.

Using DecorAI

DecorAI lets you upload a room photo and generate AI interior, exterior and garden design ideas. You agree to use the service lawfully and to upload only photos you have the right to use.

AI-generated results

Design results are generated by AI and are provided for inspiration and planning purposes. They are visualisations, not architectural, structural or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals before carrying out renovation or construction work.

Your content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. You grant us a limited licence to process those photos solely to provide and improve the service. We do not claim ownership of your rooms or designs.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload content that is unlawful, infringing or that you do not have permission to use.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, reverse engineer or misuse the service.

Purchases

DecorAI is free to download and try. Some features may require a paid plan or in-app purchase, which is billed through the App Store, Google Play or our web checkout, subject to their terms.

Disclaimer & liability

The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, DecorAI is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
